    Split "community" to create new "developers" section

    Creates a new top-level "developers" section of the website; moves some community content
into it. Revamps organisation and some content in both sections.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/rdowner/incubator-brooklyn docs/split-community-developers

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
