    i get compile errors in `/camp-base/src/main/java/io/brooklyn/camp/spi/AbstractResource.java`

    | Non-static nested classes (inner classes) have access to other members of the enclosing
class, even if they are declared private. Static nested classes do not have access to other
members of the enclosing class. 
    
    this probably affects a fair few of our builders -- would be good to resolve /cc @aledsage
