Fix - legacy catalog items versioning

    * Correctly load java classes from the catalog (legacy mechanism), taking into account
versioning precedence.
    * Tag the resulting entities with the catalogItemId used for loading.
    * Fix the catalog link in rest response.
    * Fix the UI link to catalog items for applications.

Tag entities with catalogItemId when created through the legacy loadClass API.

Fix the catalog REST link as well.

Fix linking to catalog items - quickfix

Ideally would use the catalog from links map but needs additional work there - both correctly
constructing the link for apps and support for it in the UI.
