    Fix for line ending discrepencies between platforms

    * Force CRLF line endings for windows batch scripts on any platform
    * Normalize line endings to LF for the rest of the files

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull fix/keep-crlf-on-unix
