    JS license cleanup

    implements all requirements detailed in BROOKLYN-61, making JS compliant with Apache.
    note only the last commit is relevant, but it would have conflicts if we did not depend
on #159 and #168 .

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ahgittin/incubator-brooklyn js-license-cleanup

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    js file directory and license cleanup: moving all of our code out of assets/js/libs (so
it is only 3rd parties), into new util dir, and making sure all files there have correct license
information
    (and all are compatible with apache). removed json-formatter / formatJson because built-in
JSON works just as well if not better for our purposes.
