Subject Possible to adjust the fields available in the "Create Ticket" quick form

Hello again,

Is it possible to adjust which fields are listed in the "Create Ticket"
quick form (the small box that pops up when you click the "Create Ticket"
button near the "Search" button)?

I'd like to always use a single product and instead list components.
