 I noticed that the buttons on the edit panel need to be updated to
 bootstrap styling, so I made a change, which I'll possibly commit after
 asking for some quick feedback.


 I'm requesting the feedback on some minor questions about consistency:
  * On the Admin panels, the ''Cancel'' is always on the far left. Should
 we be consistent about the placement of ''Cancel'' throughout the
  * On the Wiki edit page, the ''Cancel'' is on the far right and separate
 from the button group. Should ''Cancel'' be separated from the button
 group here as well?
