#85: Rename default wiki page folder to Guide/ and drop Trac* from page names

Default wiki pages created by installing Bloodhound are in a folder called
Trac with page names of Trac* (like TracAdmin and TracGuide).

The folder these are in should be changed to Guide/, with Trac* being
 dropped form their page names.

Links to these will then appear as Guide/Admin, Guide/Something.

I suspect a script would have do to this, as manual edits will likely miss
something and lead to dead links.
