1. Install patch
2. make realclean
3. make hama-deb
4. sudo dpkg -i {BigTop source path}/output/hama/hama_0.5.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT-1_all.deb
5. uncomment/set JAVA_HOME=.... in /usr/lib/hama/conf/hama-env.sh
6. run export JAVA_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/hadoop/lib/native/Linux-amd64-64/ to use hadoop native libs
7. To run test(s) in local mode:
 * from /usr/lib/hama 
 ** run: hama jar hama-examples-0.5.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.jar pi

8. To run test(s) in Pseudo Distributed Mode:
 * change value of bsp.master.address to localhost in conf/hama-default.xml
 * from /usr/lib/hama
 ** run bin/start-bspd.sh
 ** sudo jps to check if servies started 
 ** hama jar hama-examples-0.5.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.jar pi
9. Don't try in real cluster yet
