Hi James,

This is not in accordance with JSR-181, but for now (alpha) the way WSM
works. We're working on using the source code parameter names as default
values as specified in JSR-181, but that will take a few days or so
until completion. In other words, you will soon be able to omit the
"name" attribute of @WebParam and still get the expected value.
