Carlin Rogers resolved BEEHIVE-1182.
------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed with SVN revision 515308. Also added a new JUnit test for ScopedResponse that includes
testing getFirstHeader() using a name of a header that does not exist.

> Passing a name of a header that does not exist in to the getFirstHeader() method implemented
in ScopedResponseImpl will throw a NullPointerException.
> Looks like ScopedResponseImpl.getFirstHeader() checks to see if the List of headers for
a given name is empty but does not first check that the List is not null.
> Found this while creating a junit test for ScopedResponse.
