OK, I just deleted and re-checked out the svn repository on the machine
(This time from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/beehive/trunk ;)

I restarted CC and we should be fine now.  Let me know if you see any
other problems.

  It appears that Cruisecontrol is passing when it shouldn't be.  The
sync doesn't seem to be working, but CC passes since it's sync'ed to a
working checkout.

  The error is that the SVN URL is "htttps" but should be "https". 
The error is visible here:
