Subject [jira] Updated: (BEEHIVE-882) ScopedServletUtils.getOuterRequest() does not handle an instance of MultipartRequestWrapper
Date Thu, 11 Aug 2005 22:59:59 GMT

Carlin Rogers updated BEEHIVE-882:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: j882-patch.txt

Attaching a patch to ScopedServletUtils to unwrap the MultipartRequestWrapper.

Also modified the page flow class, MultipartRequestUtils, so that it no longer
has to explicitly unwrap the MultipartRequestWrapper before getting the outer
request from ScopedServletUtils.

Note that the scoping package now has a dependency on struts for the import
of the MultipartRequestWrapper class.

> The ScopedServletUtils.getOuterRequest() fails to return the outer request for our
> RehydratedMultipartRequestWrapper (extends the struts MultipartRequestWrapper)
> when we process a form with content type "multipart/form-data".
> We need to unwrap the MultipartRequestWrapper before we try to unwrap the
> contained ScopedRequest from the given ServletRequest.
