Strange -- I fixed this a long time ago, and I thought I resolved this bug.  If you add 'inheritLocalPaths=true'
to the derived page flow, then any local paths referenced from base class actions will be
relative to the derived flow, not the base flow.  Let me know if you have any questions about
it.
