    KafkaIO readme

    Following Beam's [Documentation page](,
(which you get to from headder -> doccumentaton -> pipeline i/o -> built in i/o transforms)
leads to the (kafkaIO class)[],
but there is no docs there.
    I've added a short readme to make it easier for new users that need Kafka as their source/sink.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull kafka_readme
