    Fix Flink compile error occurs in some JDK versions

    Compiling error happened in `runners/flink` when using JD1.7, OpenJDK7 and OpenJDK8. Jenkins
build [here](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PostCommit_Java_JDK_Versions_Test/56/).
    
    Will run Postcommit_Java_JDK_Version_test to verify the fix.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/markflyhigh/incubator-beam fix-compile-error

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/3320.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
