Subject [GitHub] beam pull request #2769: Retire Travis-CI coverage in Apache Beam

    Retire Travis-CI coverage in Apache Beam

    Now that Travis-CI is disabled for our repository, we should delete unnecessary files
in the repository and completely retire Travis-CI.
