Subject [GitHub] beam pull request #2567: Fix GCP import check in bigquery.py

    Fix GCP import check in bigquery.py

    This change fixes the following warning which occurs when "import apache_beam" is run
in an interactive session directly from the "sdks/python/" directory.
    
    ```
    apache_beam/io/gcp/bigquery.py:326: SyntaxWarning: import * only allowed at module level
      def __init__(self, table=None, dataset=None, project=None, query=None,
    apache_beam/io/gcp/bigquery.py:431: SyntaxWarning: import * only allowed at module level
      def __init__(self, table, dataset=None, project=None, schema=None,
    ```

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/charlesccychen/beam fix-bq-import

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/2567.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #2567
