hey [~staslev] - that PR is super helpful, thank you! I added a few comments there. In addition
to those comments, I hope we can update the error message discussed here to direct users to
where they can find help. I also find the terminology "enforcement level" not very helpful
for helping a test writer understand what the problem is.
