Yes, `add()` in CombiningState has no return value, so I can't override it directly. Now `addIfAbsent()`
both write and read, as you say, not just a "blind write". MapState may has more such interfaces.
For Runners, it's a little harder to deal with SetState's readLater. Maybe we should provide
a `readLater(Set<T>)` interface to tell runner?
