    [BEAM-824] Fixing error message when sdk_location not provided

    Be sure to do all of the following to help us incorporate your contribution

    r: @aaltay can you take a look?
    I tried adding the error strings to `pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound`'s `.args` tuple,
but it seems to have special formatting for them so I couldn't add extra information on the
error message. Let me know how to change the error message.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull sdk-location-err-message
