    Suppress spurious SDK builds

    Be sure to do all of the following to help us incorporate your contribution
    quickly and easily:
     - [x] Make sure the PR title is formatted like:
       `[BEAM-<Jira issue #>] Description of pull request`
     - [x] Make sure tests pass via `mvn clean verify`. (Even better, enable
           Travis-CI on your fork and ensure the whole test matrix passes).
     - [x] Replace `<Jira issue #>` in the title with the actual Jira issue
           number, if there is one.
     - [x] If this contribution is large, please file an Apache
           [Individual Contributor License Agreement](
    This is a low tech solution that mostly keeps the status quo but seems to eliminate the
extra builds. The current method won't work if the SDK is ever shaded, since it depends on
absolute paths in magic strings, but this PR doesn't try to solve that problem.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull exclude-package-info

    Exclude from compiled sources list
    This is a workaround for [MCOMPILER-205], which causes
    maven-compiler-plugin to always detect stale sources due to sources
    that do not create a class file, such as
    An alternative workaround is to add dummy annotations to all files, which will induce package-info.class
