UT is only available in EE components, we are not in EE components in BatchEE by default.
The only way to get it is to lookup it from an EJB or CDI beans if CDI is enabled (not sure).
Then the container can prevent UT usage outside a EE component so we'd need a EE wrapper for
it (gateway pattern). Then nested tx can be broken using UT and we can need it if the user
uses EJBs.
