Hi Daniel,

I'm trying to access the services offered by Entrez utilities web service,
On running a sample java application (
http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/soap/v2.0/DOC/esoap_java_help.html

) I'm getting 501 error.
