You need to run

bin\wsdl2java -uw -uri http://xxxx/url/of/the/.wsdl -o
directory\where\you\want\the\code\generated

This will create a "stub" which is a class you can embed in your
application. You simply need to create a new instance of this class
and then call methods on it, those methods will call the remote
service.
