In the axis2.transport.jms.JMSListener i see this:
if (connectionFactories.isEmpty()) {
log.warn("No JMS connection factories are defined." +
"Will not listen for any JMS messages");
and this:
log.info("JMS Transport Receiver (Listener) initialized...");

Do you see either message in the log?
