Hi Roberto,
You should specify classpath of your ch.montefiore.Stock class using -cp 
option as follows.

Assuming your class file is located at /Axis2_Home/bin;

java2wsdl -cn ch.montefiore.Stock -cp .

Try the above and let me know.
