For most web services, you should be able to do something like this to
get the WSDL:

http://{url}/{service}?wsdl

And it should return the services wsdl.

In most cases, this means that the web services framework will generate
the WSDL and send it back, I don't want it to do that. I want it to
redirect to a URL that I already have specified? (Or return a WSDL that
I specify - not a generated one)
