Thank you Dims. 
One more question, when I used OperationClient API, the content-type and
content-transfer-encoding for first part look like this:
content-type: text/xml; charset=UTF-8
content-transfer-encoding: 8bit

And for attachment part look like this:
content-type: application/octet-stream
content-transfer-encoding: binary

Is it possible to make "content-transfer-encoding: binary" for the first
part and "Content-Type: text/xml" for the attachment part ?

Yogen,

Those are from Commons HTTP Client basically means that the client is
using http chunking.
