Hi Deepal-

If I specify a phase axis2.xml called 'Security'

how does the org.apache.axis2.deployment.util.PhasesInfo class validate 'Security' from PhaseMetadata

(when there is no Security phase listed in the constants of PhaseMetadata)

and cause the equals expression to return false e.g.
PhaseMetadata.PHASE_DISPATCH.equals(phaseName)
returns false 

which would not add the desired phase to the globalPhaseList ???
