I am using Axis 1.4 and to maintain a session using a Cookie, you need to
use the same locator for all requests.

  org.apache.axis.client.Service locator = new MyLocator () ;

  locator.setMaintainSession ( maintainSession ) ;

  stub = locator.getXXX ( )
