Hi pat ;
Once you define Message receivers like below in services.xml

<messageReceivers>
<messageReceiver mep="..." class="..."/>
</messageReceivers>

Then , you do not need to go and add the message receivers for each operation. Axis2 will
automatically set the correct MR to the operation depending on the MEP.

But still you want to override the MR, then you can define that inside the operation.
