If you already have a wsdd which contains the name of the service you wish to deploy as in

<service name="NameOfServiceToDeploy" provider="java:RPC">

then

look for script which will deploy as in deploy<sh|bat> (which should contain these commands)
java org.apache.axis.utils.Admin server NameOfWSDDFileToDeploy.wsdd

and execute the script file-
