Hi,
You have to use the rest epr for this. Axis2 has two eprs for SOAP and
REST services. Also the operation name you have to have it as part of
the URL and not as a parameter
So the URL for you would be

http://localhost:8080/axis2/rest/version/getVersion

The easy thing to figure this out is to use the Axis2 Webapp services
page. It lists the correct epr to use
