You can not overwrite wsdl by using RPCMessageReceiver , and wsdl
generation noting to do with Message receiver.

If I understand correctly , you have your own wsdl and you want to
generate service out of that. So best way is to code gen skel.

No need , you can code gen , at that point code gen tool will generate
Message receiver for u.
