Hi Anne,
        As I mentioned earlier that the same request worked in other service operation with
no argument as given below:

As I understand that there is some compatibility issues with Axis and ZSI.Any comments on
that.

Do you know what message the Pyhton service is expecting?
My guess is that it isn't expecting you to send the method name in the
message.
