Create SOAPFaultDetail element and fill your stuff there.

Then put that as a property of the message context before throwing an
AxisFault.

messageCtxt.setProperty(SOAP12Constants.SOAP_FAULT_DETAIL_LOCAL_NAME,
soapFaultDetail);

Axis2 will do the rest for you.
