Subject Error Use CommonsHTTPSender

Hi 

I am using apache axis 1.2.1. I am behind a firewall.
I am trying to hit a .NET webservice using axis client.

I am reciving the following error..Pls anyone help me. I am trying this
from past 2 days and I am fed up :)
