server-config.wsdd is created if it cannot be found. However, what is somewhat weird is that
AxisServlet logs it as an error... Maybe we should change it to a Warning instead since it
gets created anyways.

Look in your WEB-INF directory AFTER deploying a webservice with AdminClient.
