Set the tcpmon utility to listen on the port that you set the client end
point, and get it to forward to the actual Web Service.

Listen Port = port 80, This is the Port your client will connect to.
Target Port = 8080, This is the port your Web Service is deployed on.

tcpmon will forward all requests on port 80 to 8080, so you can view the
soap messages.
