It ought to; SOAP1.2 is still finalizing.

It should react according to the version of the call.

I dont know how SOAP0.9 and 1.0 are handled. Maybe they arent. Maybe at some
indeterminate time in the future we can drop the 1.1 support, but that will
not be for a long, long time.
