I could fix my problem by manually adding the namespace in FileType.serialize() and  FileRefType.serialize()

{                 writeAttribute({color:#FF0000}"http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime"{color},
"contentType", localContentType.toString(),                     xmlWriter);
