I believe error is due to services part in "services.abc.com", the
dispatching happens based on the keyword "services". If I am remember
correct you can change it using axis2.xml.

<parameter name="servicePath">services</parameter>

You also need to change the context path in web.xml (if you use tomcat).

 <servlet-mapping>
        <servlet-name>AxisServlet</servlet-name>
        <url-pattern>/services/*</url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>
