A sample project may help, but if you needed a quicker solution I suggest turning on debug
and seeing if axis2 is attempting to load Spring before your app has configured it. And also
to try tweaking the axis2 source to use getRequiredWebApplicationContext instead of getWebApplicationContext
if the latter returns null, take a look at the source of WebApplicationContextUtils and RequestContextListener
to see the difference.
