Any update on this issue? It seems to be that this is a requirement for production use cases.
But by using apache-synapse secure vault, it would be added synapse dependency for axis2.
Therefore as a solution, It is better to keep apache-synapse secure vault as separate module
in WS-commons or in axis2 itself then all other products based on axis2 (even synapse) can
use it.
