I am not 100% sure whether you can get what you want directly from SOAP
monitor, you probably need to do some changes. Because it prints both
request and response. Anyway you can download both binaries and source
code here:  http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/modules/index.html

Not sure whether you can use TCPMon, because it simply to act as a
proxy. You can use it at the client side not at the server side. If you
are using it is at the server side client has to send the message to the
port that TCP monitor is using, not the one server is running.
