Hi Suresh,

Seems like you are missing the required rampart-core-*.jar
Build the distribution by running "mvn install" at
"modules/distribution" directory and then lib directory in the
"modules/distribution/target/rampart-dist-1.7.0-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip" file
contains all the required jars that you need to include.
