You can easily add the AxisAdminServlet classes to your WAR using the overlay feature of the
maven-war-plugin. Note that AxisAdminServlet is only meaningful if the corresponding JSP pages
are also included in the WAR. For this, the overlay solution should be used anyway. Thus,
there is no need for a JAR containing AxisAdminServlet.
