Doug Guzek updated AXIS2-4215:
------------------------------

    Description:
I know of no other place but here to ask this question:

I am building a SOAP message for a response to my web service. I am able to build everything
except for adding NameSpace definitions to the soap:Envelope.

How can I add the following 2 namespaces to the soap:Envelope...
	xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
	xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

....so that it looks like this?

<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
	xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
	xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
	<soap:Header
		xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
		<payloadManifest
			xmlns="http://www.starstandards.org/webservices/2003/12/transport">
			<manifest xmlns="" id="719409674" namespaceURI=""
				element="ProcessRepairOrder" />
		</payloadManifest>
