For doc-literal Wrapped Basic Data Types Test f service returns the wrong data type for an xs:anyType.

The issue seems to be occurring while marshalling response of xs:anytype. It seems the doc/lit wrapped marshaller fails
to associate the actual declared type (java.lang.Object in this case) for anytypes and marshalling fails to put xsi:type
on wire.

I will provide a patch for this fix.
